• Having full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
• Not currently on any self-exclusion list or betting ban issued by any relevant authority.
• Acting on your own behalf and not as an agent or representative of a third party.

Wg44 reserves the right to request proof of age or identity at any time. Each user is only permitted to hold one account only on the wg44 platform. During registration, you are required to provide truthful, accurate, and complete information. This includes your full name, date of birth, mobile number, and a valid payment method. Any false or inaccurate information may result in your account being suspended immediately.

You are fully responsible for:

Wg44 supports a variety of deposit and withdrawal methods, including local bank transfers, eWallets (Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay, Boost), and cryptocurrency (USDT TRC20, Bitcoin). All transactions are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) or the equivalent value.

Deposit: The minimum deposit is RM10 for standard bank transfer methods. All successful deposits will be credited to your account within 1 to 5 minutes depending on the method selected. wg44 does not charge any processing fee for deposits.

Withdrawal: The minimum withdrawal amount is RM50. Continued use of the wg44 platform after any amendments are published will be considered your acceptance of the updated terms.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction where wg44 is registered and licensed. Any disputes arising from or in connection with this Agreement shall first be resolved through good-faith negotiations between both parties.

If resolution through negotiation is unsuccessful within 30 days, the dispute may be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with the established procedures. The arbitration decision is final and binding on both parties.

Users agree that any claims must be submitted on an individual basis and not as part of a class action. The right to file a class action is hereby fully waived.
